These terms govern your use of Formulify (the "app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Formulify lets you define formulas that compute values from your Shopify data and writes the results to metafields. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system and include a free trial. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. [Refund policy to be confirmed before launch.]

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app in compliance with Shopify's terms and applicable law, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

Accuracy of calculations

You are responsible for the formulas you create and for verifying their output before relying on it in operations. The app is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

Termination

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
